Our Career Resources Staff is dedicated to helping each graduate through the process of preparing for, searching for, and applying for appropriate employment opportunities. We're here to help our students build their career.

Lifetime Career AssistancePTS prepares our students for a new career and helps them to find the right place of employment after graduation. PTS wants every one of our students to succeed. We are always available to help our current students, recent graduates and all of our alumni build their careers.
Comprehensive Intake AssessmentBefore training begins, PTS conducts a one-on-one intake assessment with each student to document previous experience and education, obstacles to employment, career and personal goals. The more we know about each student, the better we can serve them.

Soft Skills TrainingWe help you to develop presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills so you can sell yourself and your capabilities to an employer. In addition, PTS instructors share their past experiences and wisdom with the students, creating a mentoring foundation. Our hope is that each student builds relationships that will last long after the program, realizing that PTS continues to support them!

Post-program assessmentsPTS students fill out assessment forms during and following each course to measure their opinions about the program. The PTS instructors take this information very seriously and use it to continually improve the curriculum. At PTS we have a very high satisfaction rate and we strive to continue to keep our students, graduates and employers happy with the programs and services we offer.

Real-time job information and leadsPTS Career Resources monitors national job boards on a daily basis to find appropriate opportunities for our graduates. Job Leads are emailed to graduates each day. Career Resources conducts follow-up calls or emails to stay up-to-date with our graduates.
Partnering with EmployersPTS has partnerships with employers who prefer to hire PTS students. Some students are even placed before they graduate.
